Here you’ll find answers to common questions about our stay experience, booking process, and guest policies — all designed to help you plan your escape effortlessly.

 

If there’s anything not covered here, our guest relations team would be happy to personally assist you.

  • The Orange Villa is nestled atop the hills of Binangonan, Rizal, just about an hour’s drive from Metro Manila — a serene retreat overlooking the city skyline.

  • The villa accommodates up to 22 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 24 guests (including children). Extra guests require prior approval and may incur additional fees.

  • The villa offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each ideal for different types of guests — from couples to families and groups of friends.

    • Bedroom 1: 2 Double Beds (up to 4 guests)

    • Bedroom 2: 2 Double Beds (up to 4 guests)

    • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen + 1 Double Bed (up to 4 guests)

    • Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds (up to 4 guests)

    • Bedroom 5: 3 Double Beds (up to 6 guests)

     

    Additional mattresses are available upon request for up to 2 guests.

  • Guests can enjoy spacious living and entertainment areas, plus an infinity-style pool with a panoramic view of Metro Manila.

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 NN PST (Philippine Standard Time). Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated depending on availability and subject to additional fees.

  • Reservations are made through our booking request form on the website. Once reviewed and accepted, our guest relations team will reach out to confirm your booking.

    • Monday–Thursday: ₱45,000 per night or ₱80,000 for 2 nights

    • Friday–Saturday: ₱55,000 per night or ₱100,000 for 2 nights

    • Sunday: ₱45,000 per night or ₱80,000 for 2 nights

    • Public Holidays or Long Weekends: ₱55,000 per night

    Rates are subject to change during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Yes, a 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled three (3) days before check-in.

    • Rescheduling less than 7 days before check-in incurs a 20% fee.

    • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will forfeit the down payment.

  • For now, bank transfer, GCash, or cash payments only are accepted.

  • Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₱10,000 is collected upon check-in and returned after inspection upon check-out.

  • Yes, we offer 2-night discounted rates on regular weekdays and weekends.

  • Yes. Events and private gatherings are allowed with prior management approval and a corresponding event fee.

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property for the privacy and comfort of all staying guests.

  • No, meals are not included in the accommodation rate.
    Guests may bring their own food or arrange for a private chef or catering service with prior notice.

    • Light cooking (reheating, simple dishes) is allowed in the show kitchen.

    • Heavy cooking (grilling, frying, or large meals) is only allowed in the basement kitchen.
       

    • Several restaurants and cafes are within a 10–15 minute drive from the villa.

    • Nearby supermarkets and convenience stores are also accessible in Binangonan town proper.
      A list of recommended establishments can be provided upon request.

  • Currently, pets are not allowed to maintain the villa’s serene environment and cleanliness standards.
